Recovery Coaching

Recovery Coaching for Lasting Sobriety

When someone you care about is fighting to get their life back, it’s easy to feel lost. You want to help, but you’re not sure how. You want to guide them, but you’re afraid of saying the wrong thing. And you wonder, almost daily, whether they’ll stay committed when life gets hard again.

That’s where Recovery Coaching becomes life-changing.

Recovery works best when someone has a steady, grounded, experienced person walking beside them—someone who can help them stay accountable, focused, and hopeful when stress hits, or doubt shows up. Someone who believes in them even on the days they don’t believe in themselves.

At Signature Recovery Solutions, we understand that recovery isn’t a finish line. It’s a lifelong journey that requires consistency, support, and purpose. Our Recovery Coaching Program offers compassionate, strength-based mentorship designed to help clients move beyond substance use and begin building lives that feel meaningful, balanced, and worth protecting.

Led by nationally certified interventionists and recovery coaches, Randy Clark and Richie Webber, our coaching supports clients through every phase of recovery—from early sobriety to long-term stability—with empathy, structure, and hands-on guidance. Each plan is uniquely tailored to your loved one’s emotional, behavioral, and real-life needs, so their progress isn’t just temporary—it lasts.

Recovery coaching can be offered on its own or as part of our immersive 24/7 Live-In Mentoring Program, where it becomes one of the core foundations of emotional growth, stability, and identity-building.

What Our Recovery Coaching Provides

We help clients rediscover what’s good within them, the strengths, talents, and motivations they may have forgotten. From that foundation, confidence grows, accountability strengthens, and purpose becomes clearer.

No two people walk the same path. Whether someone is newly sober, rebuilding after relapse, or transitioning home from treatment, we create a personalized plan based on who they are, where they’ve been, and where they want to go.

Life doesn’t pause when someone gets sober, work stress, relationship conflict, financial pressure, loneliness, and social environments all continue. We help clients navigate these moments in real time with grounding strategies, positive coping skills, and steady support.

Every coach on our team has lived through the struggle your loved one is facing. Their understanding isn’t theoretical—it’s personal. That authenticity allows clients to feel safe, understood, and truly supported.

The Role of a Recovery Coach

A recovery coach is a mentor, a guide, and a steady anchor. Our coaches help clients:

  • See what long-term recovery actually looks like—stability, discipline, peace

  • Set boundaries that protect their progress

  • Break overwhelming goals into small, achievable steps

  • Build healthy routines that support emotional and mental wellness

  • Recognize triggers early and create plans to handle them

  • Reconnect with purpose through hobbies, service, and community

This isn’t theory. This is real-world leadership and real-life guidance.

We meet clients exactly where they are—emotionally and geographically. Whether it’s in-person, online, by phone, hourly, daily, or multi-day support, we show up in the moments where they need someone the most.

How Recovery Coaching Differs From 12-Step Work

Recovery coaching doesn’t replace 12-Step programs. Instead we integrate it into the work we do during the coaching process.

12-Step sponsors focus on the spiritual principles and fellowship that carry so many people through recovery. A recovery coach, on the other hand, helps clients apply what they’re learning to everyday life: relationships, work stress, triggers, routines, boundaries, expectations, and their own mindset.

At Signature, Randy and Richie developed their own Signature Recovery Coaching Lesson Plan—a practical, structured roadmap that turns insight into action. It helps clients take what they’ve heard in therapy or meetings and use it to create real change in their daily lives.

Recovery coaching is the bridge between intention and follow-through.
